Job Summary
Business Banker responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, processing teller and account transactions, opening consumer and commercial accounts, and referring clients to loan officers. Must educate customers on technology and mobile banking, identify financial needs, and build relationships within a fast-paced banking center. Requires teamwork, strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, proficiency with Word/Excel/ten-key, and the ability to handle transactions accurately. Fluency in Spanish is a plus; ability to lift up to 25 pounds and work additional hours including Saturdays. Knowledge of banking procedures, risk awareness, and compliance is essential, as is the ability to manage referrals for debit cards, online banking, and treasury products.
