Job Summary
Seeking a Business Banker to manage commercial loans, develop new customer relationships, and provide financial consultation to enhance business banking services.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years in banking, Credit or Lending experience preferred.
- Annual commercial loan originations consistently at or above the minimum for their level.
- Excellent communication skills with various stakeholders in the banking process.
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of bank software: Word, Excel, Microsoft Office, nCino, Salesforce and pricing software.
- Ability to extract and analyze data to identify and resolve exceptions.
- Goal orientated and proactive individual focused on results set forth by bank's strategic plan.
