Job Summary
Become part of Frost’s Business Banking team as a Business Banker II. You’ll partner with the business banking sales manager to track weekly progress, analyze marketing results, and achieve monthly call and product sales goals while delivering products to designated segments of the small business market. Responsibilities include prospecting and cold-calling to build long-lasting client relationships, managing loan commitments with accuracy, processing referrals for small business products (loans, depository accounts, trusts, and cash management), supporting defined geographic areas and customer relationships as products are opened, staying current on bank products and services through training, and exemplifying Frost’s core values of integrity, caring, and excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Background in banking and lending solutions
- Experience with cold-calling and analyzing credit reports and financial statements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
