Job Summary
Business Banker role focusing on developing and servicing commercial banking relationships in Greensboro, NC. Responsibilities include profiling and maintaining client relationships, identifying banking needs, selling products and services per the bank’s pricing and fee schedule, conducting prospecting activities (cold calls, referrals, referrals from CPAs/Attorneys, and community involvement), coordinating with Commercial, Retail and Trust teams, and submitting timely reports. Requires building a network of referral sources, participating in community events, and providing advisory support to Development Officers and Commercial Bankers. Requires 7+ years of experience and a BA/BS; strong project management, communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills; knowledge of lending laws and regulations.
