Job Summary
Confer with businesses by telephone and email to assist with business accounts and resolve credit, customer service, and billing concerns. Keep records of interactions, process service requests through Verizon Wireless channels, and ensure correct authorization is recorded. Conduct account analysis, reviews, and proposals while following up to document customer experiences and align with Cellular Sales B2B representatives. This full-time hybrid role requires daily use of Word, Excel, Salesforce, and spreadsheets with extensive typing.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
