Job Summary
Technical Support Manager role within the business aviation sector focused on Falcon EASy aircraft. Responsible for establishing and maintaining regional customer relationships, providing around-the-clock technical assistance (onsite or remote), identifying corrective actions for aircraft discrepancies, supplying technical information and engineering dispositions, collaborating with specialists, delivering AOG support, offering informal training to customers and Authorized Service Centers, contributing to aircraft operation improvements, and documenting issues per policy. Expected to travel as needed and stay current with regular Dassault-sponsored training.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years in business jet maintenance or in depth avionics knowledge of troubleshooting experience on Falcon EASy aircraft
- Valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant Certificates (or equivalent)
- Two years of college education (or equivalent)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, databases)
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed
- Driver's license valid
- Independent and Team Player capable of remote work and solo operation
- Ability to provide onsite or remote AOG support
- Ability to provide after-hours support including weekends
- Experience in maintaining customer relationships and documenting issues per policy
- Ability to train customers and Authorized Service Centers
- Comfort with maintaining seminars and attending company events
- No Pass On policy adherence for Technical Support
- Maintain and share technical information accurately
- Strong customer service orientation
