Job Summary

Design, develop, and implement scalable automation solutions using UiPath and Frontier to eliminate manual friction points and optimize financial reporting. Partner with Finance leadership to identify automated opportunities, evaluate business processes, and recommend enhancements that strengthen controls and reduce operational risk. Monitor, test, and optimize automation performance while performing impact analysis and risk assessments for system changes. Manage and support financial management information reporting solutions, ensuring data integrity and security across real-time integrations. Research large data sets using SQL to provide intelligence for decision-making and create comprehensive technical documentation to support audit readiness and regulatory compliance. Serve as a subject matter expert providing guidance to business users and project teams while contributing to the automation strategy roadmap.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
  • Six to eight years of progressively responsible experience in accounting, finance, business systems analysis, automation, or related disciplines
  • Knowledge in UiPath, Frontier, SQL, and advanced Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of U.S. GAAP, NCUA rules, and general ledger transaction flow
  • Ability to create and organize reports that synthesize complex information
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to demonstrate creativity and forward thinking in developing new ideas, methods, or solutions
  • Ability to create and effectively present relevant and readable diagrams, graphs, charts and presentation materials, proposals, reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals for a diverse audience
  • Ability to apply analytical expertise to financial and operational data to drive process automation and efficiency improvements
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret contracts, business periodicals, professional journals, government regulations, and to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
  • High proficiency in reconciling and balancing transaction records across varied platforms
  • Ability to apply logical reasoning and sound judgement to develop practical, effective solutions
  • Ability to balance multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple complex projects from initiation to completion (knowledge of project life cycle)
  • Ability to develop action plans and organize workload, of self and others, to accommodate competing deadlines and projects
  • Ability to work effectively under stress and maintain approved work schedules
  • Ability to arrive at work routinely and promptly

  • Ability to review technical solutions and ensure adherence to established development, testing, and documentation standards
  • Has knowledge of and adheres to credit union policies and procedures and all regulations related to the bank Secrecy Act, the USA Patriot Act and OFAC
  • Ability to lift to 20 lbs. with or without assistance
  • Ability to work the hours needed, which may extend beyond the defined work schedule when operating conditions dictate
  • Ability to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and to operate other computer components, with or without an ADA accommodation

  • Experience with Fiserv Risk & Performance application or similar systems
