Job Summary
The Business Assurance Associate role involves strengthening first-line controls within the Front Office, conducting pre-sale and post-sale reviews to ensure compliance and suitability, assessing advice across various financial products, and identifying risks. Candidates should possess expertise in Investment Management and Financial Planning, be able to manage multiple priorities, have strong attention to detail, and demonstrate effective communication skills. Experience with financial services systems and leadership capabilities are also important.
Required Qualifications
- CISI Level 7, CII Level 7, or an equivalent qualification
- Experience in both Investment Management and Financial Planning
- Strong technical understanding of Protection, Pensions, Investments, CGT, and IHT
- Experience working within a financial or professional services organisation
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels
Desired Qualifications
- Supervisory or team leadership experience is desirable
