Job Summary
Organize priorities, solve problems, and move initiatives forward by working directly with the Managing Partner. Conduct research and leverage AI tools to analyze business problems, then prepare proposals, presentations, reports, and executive communications. Coordinate projects across multiple teams, support recruiting and onboarding, and assist with client engagements, executive meetings, and special projects. Improve internal business processes and support operational and financial activities to help leadership make informed decisions. Plan travel, logistics, and on-site execution for conferences and business development events, pitching in wherever needed from strategic initiatives to hands-on logistics. This full-time, on-site role in Northern New Jersey requires approximately 25% domestic travel and is designed for candidates seeking broad exposure to strategy, operations, and executive decision-making within a growing consulting firm.
