Business Associate, AI Adoption & Enablement

Job Summary
Identify adoption barriers for new internal AI tools and manage constraints to drive uptake across business functions. Build a network of internal champions and early adopters who model real usage and answer peer questions. Design lightweight enablement assets like walkthroughs and guides that meet people at their actual skill levels. Own the internal launch plan for each new tool, including announcement, positioning, timing, and follow-through. Translate technical capability into plain-language value for non-technical audiences and establish a consistent internal narrative around the Center of Excellence's direction. Track adoption metrics per tool and run structured feedback loops to convert findings into specific rollout adjustments. Partner directly with team leads to embed new tools into existing workflows and report adoption health to the Chief Innovation & AI Officer.
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in internal communications, change management, program coordination, business analysis, or a related people-facing function
- Demonstrated ability to measure outcomes and define reasonable proxies when clean metrics do not exist
- Track record of building relationships and driving adoption across skeptical or change-resistant groups
- Comfort with ambiguity and priority shifts in a fast-moving environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a regulated industry (healthcare, financial services) is a plus
- Prior hands-on exposure to enterprise AI tools or prompting is a plus
