Job Summary
Answer incoming calls using proper telephone etiquette, check patients in and out, and schedule or confirm appointments. Perform necessary paperwork including patient charts, referrals, and treatment plan forms while collecting co-payments and past due balances. Present financial policies accurately, identify insurance coverage, and facilitate patient flow via the callback system. Act in a professional manner and execute basic computer functions. Demonstrate superior customer service skills and the ability to multi-task while complying with protocols. Requires six months of similar experience and a high school diploma.
