Job Summary
Provide executive-level administrative support in a banking team: maintain complex calendars, screen calls, coordinate internal and external meetings, arrange and coordinate domestic and international travel, organize events with catering and transportation, process invoices and T&E expense claims, assist with staff onboarding/offboarding (equipment setup and system access), produce high-quality emails for various levels, maintain departmental documents (org charts, Executive Bios), and support in editing spreadsheets/presentations for client meetings; requires strong organizational skills, discretion with confidential information, and excellent communication, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications
- At least five years of administrative experience
- Advanced ability to organize
- Discretion and good judgment in confidential situations, and proven experience interacting with senior management
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent telephone etiquette and ability to manage competing priorities i.e. calendar management
