Job Summary
Administrative and executive-support role in Commercial and Investment Banking within the Nordic region (Stockholm). Responsibilities include advanced diary management, arranging client/internal meetings, high-volume email handling, travel logistics (including visas), expense processing, document creation (Excel/Word/PowerPoint), onboarding/offboarding support, and helping bankers prepare for client meetings. Requires confidentiality, strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving, and collaboration with a network of Business Assistants across the region.
Required Qualifications
- At least five years of administrative experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Proactive and ownership mindset
- Team-oriented with the ability to mentor others (preferred)
