Job Summary
Lead Life Flight Network’s Business Area in coordinating growth and sustainability of service lines, partnering with Directors of Business Development, promoting industry-leading care and transport, and ensuring exceptional safety, education, and customer experience. Responsibilities include managing operational time commitments, safety and quality initiatives, personnel and stakeholder relations, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize patient and partner outcomes. Requires ability to drive, travel to designated service areas, and maintain proficiency in essential tools (e.g., Microsoft 365 and Teams). Relocation assistance up to $10,000 may be available. The role emphasizes safety, growth, community partnerships, and leadership across EMS/air medical operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2-3 years managerial experience in EMS, Air Medical, Healthcare or related field preferred
- Experience with air medical transport strongly preferred
- Valid driver’s license and access to automobile
- Willingness to travel and work varied hours
- Residence within 60 miles/60-minute commute of designated service area
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, aviation management, business administration or related field (preferred)
- 2-3 years managerial experience in EMS, Air Medical, Healthcare or related field
- Experience with air medical transport strongly preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of business development specific to healthcare, air medical or EMS environment
- Must hold a valid driver’s license and have reliable vehicle
- Ability to travel as needed
- Relocation assistance up to $10,000 may be offered
