Business Architecture Lead

Lead the development and governance of the Division’s business architecture practice, including standards, methodologies, and capability roadmaps; drive cross-functional design of operating models and long-term strategy with executive-level collaboration; coach and mentor Business Architects, coordinate with stakeholders across the organization to secure funding and alignment for high-impact initiatives; bring customer, partner, and market insights into strategic decision-making; leverage relationships across the business to enable sustained alignment to strategy and capability investment; contribute to multi-year roadmaps and division-wide governance, with emphasis on business architecture, strategy, and transformation programs; role requires senior-level experience in strategy, operating models, governance, and leadership of cross-functional teams.
