Job Summary
Strategic role in SEB's Capital & Liquidity Reporting team: drive development and analysis of capital adequacy measures, ensure regulatory reporting (COREP, etc.) and support implementation of new tools; collaborate across Treasury, Risk, IT, and Global Services in Vilnius; requires independent, structured problem-solving, strong financial/regulatory knowledge, and ability to present complex results clearly.
Required Qualifications
- A degree from college or university as an engineer or within finance
- Good understanding of banks and bank regulations (CRR, CRD, BCBS 239, BRRD)
- Advanced skills in Excel/MS Office
- Extensive experience with similar questions
- Programming skills in SQL, SAS (beneficial)
- General understanding of Lean-Agile principles (beneficial)
