Job Summary
Capture and define business needs for prioritized initiatives by conducting preliminary analyses of expected benefits, value, impacts, and scope. Formulate recommendations to inform decision-making regarding the initiative roadmap and produce standardized deliverables in Enterprise Architect. Translate business objectives into structured requirements while working upstream of project implementation within the Enterprise Architecture Department. This strategic scoping role focuses on transformation programs rather than operational business analysis or solution design. Insurance domain knowledge is a significant asset for understanding organizational context and business strategies.
Required Qualifications
- 10 years of relevant experience
- 5 years of business architecture experience in a transformation program environment
- Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline
- Business needs definition and high-level analysis (benefits, value, impacts, scope)
Desired Qualifications
- Production of business architecture deliverables in Enterprise Architect or an equivalent modeling tool
- Understanding of the organizational context and business strategies
