Job Summary
Business Architect (Intermediate) supporting the Property & Casualty Portfolio Management Office to translate strategy into actionable plans, mature business capabilities, and align business strategies with technology investments. Responsibilities include expanding the business knowledgebase and blueprints, coordinating cross-functional efforts, and delivering presentations to diverse audiences. Requires at least 4 years of relevant business architecture experience, familiarity with TOGAF and BIZBOK, and strong communication skills. In-office 4 days per week in listed US locations. Relocation assistance is not available. Visa sponsorship is not provided. Military spouse/domestic partner involvement is highly valued.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree OR 4 years related experience
- Minimum 4 years’ relevant business architecture experience
- Familiarity with TOGAF®
- Familiarity with BIZBOK®
- Demonstrated presentation skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
