Job Summary
Assess how business initiatives impact online and mobile channels, translating high-level requirements into actionable solutions and guiding projects through the full lifecycle from requirements to implementation. Act as a trusted advisor between business groups and technology platform stakeholders, designing, developing, and enhancing product offerings by collaborating with internal and external partners to enable evolving needs. Conduct independent analysis to resolve strategic issues, break down complex problems, and provide insights that inform decision-making and prioritize business execution. Monitor performance, address issues, and recommend enhancements while ensuring digital solutions meet business needs and adhere to the Risk Management Framework.
Required Qualifications
- Typically between 5 - 7 years of relevant experience
- post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Combination of financial services and technology exposure
- in-depth / expert understanding of digital issues/trends and how to leverage technology for competitive advantage
- In-depth knowledge of digital channels and workplace technology platforms and services
- In-depth / expert knowledge of digital technology user interfaces, UX design practices, usability testing and digital analytics
- In-depth / expert project management experience related to technology design, development and implementation
- Deep knowledge and technical proficiency gained through extensive education and business experience
