Job Summary
Identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining business solutions. Translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models while supporting transformation through developing business cases and guiding implementation of key initiatives. Collaborate with multiple teams to manage decisions, facilitate communication between business and technology, and drive continuous improvement by recommending innovative approaches. Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development. This position is based at the Chennai office and requires a minimum of five years of experience in Icertis Contract Intelligence ICI Platform Functional.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Icertis Contract Intelligence ICI Platform Functional
- Minimum 5 year(s) of experience in Icertis Contract Intelligence ICI Platform Functional
- 15 years full time education
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences
- Ability to develop comprehensive business cases and support strategic decision-making
- Experience in translating business requirements into technology-enabled solutions and operating models
- Capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations
- Must be an SME
