Job Summary
Lead end-to-end solution design and delivery for Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management by translating business challenges into AI-enabled architectures that integrate automation, Copilot, and Azure AI capabilities. Conduct client workshops, process deep dives, and requirement gathering sessions to define solution alternatives and present pros/cons to stakeholders. Own solution documentation including BRDs, FDDs, fit-gap analyses, and process maps while ensuring alignment to blueprints, performance, and scalability. Build functional demo assets and reusable accelerators for pre-sales and delivery, evaluating Microsoft release waves to apply new features to ongoing engagements. Requires 14+ years in D365 SCM consulting and architecture with a strong grasp of Generative and Agentic AI frameworks.

- 14+ years in D365 SCM (Consulting / Architecture)
- 10–12 years of experience in D365 SCM solution delivery
