Job Summary
Business Applications Technology Analyst role based in Dallas, TX Working with SAP S4/HANA, providing technical administrative and implementations support for one or more applications, ensuring ITIL practices, EIS solutions, and alignment of IT services with business needs. Duties include project coordination, enterprise architecture development, design and setup of application/infrastructure, SOP development, knowledge sharing, monitoring and incident management (Service-Now and Baan), ensuring SLA adherence, data backup/retention policies, root-cause investigation, and driving system security/compliance. Proactively propose software/hardware updates to improve performance and reliability; manage budgets, timelines, and cross-functional collaboration. Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and training; 4 years related experience; strong SAP S4/HANA experience preferred.
