Business Applications Specialist

Job Summary
Serve as the primary support resource for Salesforce, Sense, and other business applications by troubleshooting system issues, configuring user setups, and managing support requests through resolution. Partner with business leaders to gather requirements for process improvements, build automations, and implement technology solutions while collaborating with vendors and internal teams across Recruiting, Operations, and HR. Support technology projects from planning through deployment, including testing, documentation, user acceptance testing, and training. Analyze data to maintain system integrity, create operational reports, and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and automation.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ years of technology, systems administration, business systems, or technical support experience
- Experience supporting SaaS-based business applications
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Detail-oriented
- Self-motivated
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Full time employment
- 40 hours per week
- Monday through Friday schedule
