Job Summary
Senior Business Applications SME responsible for end-to-end oversight of a portfolio of business applications anchored by AMS expertise in commercial P&C. Acts as a cross-functional technology partner to business stakeholders and internal IT teams, driving process optimization, workflow automation, and platform change leadership. Evaluates operational needs, recommends technical solutions, guides development, testing, implementation, documentation, and advanced support; facilitates change management and ensures alignment with defined requirements; mentors teams and stays current on industry practices to maintain excellence.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in the relevant area of expertise
- Advanced knowledge of business operations and project management
- Advanced ability to recommend and implement technical solutions for cross-functional projects
- Knowledge of systems and software engineering to optimally integrate subject expertise in solution designs
- Exceptional leadership and mentorship abilities to introduce and implement technical solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
