Job Summary
Business Applications Manager role overseeing ERP, WMS, and CRM systems for a manufacturing client. Responsibilities include managing and optimizing ERP/WMS/CRM, leading IT projects (implementations, upgrades, customizations), designing and maintaining data warehouses and BI solutions, ensuring seamless integration with external systems, providing user support and training, and overseeing EDI processes. Requires a Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field, ERP experience (prefer Microsoft Dynamics), manufacturing process knowledge, data warehousing/BI expertise (Power BI), EDI/integration knowledge, strong analytical and communication skills, and solid project management. Role is primarily remote with occasional on-site visits to Lansdowne, PA.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven experience in ERP system management, preferably Microsoft Dynamics
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and operations
- Expertise in data warehousing, business intelligence, and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Knowledge of EDI and integration technologies
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work remotely with occasional on-site visits to Lansdowne, PA
