Job Summary
Build trusted relationships with business leaders as a bridge between business and technology, translating needs into scalable solutions and prioritizing the backlog by value. Lead the enterprise application strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle to align investments with priorities, maintaining the software inventory, optimizing application health, and retiring obsolete solutions. Establish and enforce application standards, governance, and change management practices aligned with enterprise frameworks and security requirements. Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory mandates, managing application lifecycle risks and supporting audit readiness. Stay current on emerging technologies, adopting solutions that deliver measurable business benefit while developing, tracking, and reporting on meaningful KPIs. Manage budgets, optimize licensing costs, and demonstrate ROI through simplified, automated processes using AI and low-code tools.
Required Qualifications
- Experience overseeing and facilitating the administration, delivery, and operational reliability of a business application portfolio
- Ability to ensure applications operate securely, align with business processes, and meet compliance requirements in a highly regulated environment
- Experience maintaining software inventory and managing the lifecycle of enterprise systems
- Ability to coordinate upgrades, enhancements, and security reviews with vendors
- Ability to build trusted relationships with business leaders and serve as a bridge between business and technology
- Ability to translate business needs into practical, scalable solutions
- Experience gathering requirements and prioritizing backlogs by business value
- Experience aligning application capabilities with business objectives
- Experience partnering with Business Units, Finance, Compliance, Operations, and technology solutions
- Experience leading enterprise application strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle
- Experience aligning technology investments with business priorities and architecture standards
- Experience managing and optimizing application portfolios
- Experience improving application health, reducing technical debt, and retiring obsolete solutions
- Experience delivering secure, reliable, and scalable enterprise applications
- Experience providing end-to-end delivery, operational support, and lifecycle management
- Experience establishing and enforcing application standards, governance, documentation, and change management practices
- Experience ensuring compliance with policies, regulatory, and security requirements
- Experience managing application lifecycle and technology risk
- Experience supporting audit readiness and compliance reviews
- Experience with vendor risk identification, escalations, and resolution
- Experience staying current on emerging technologies in applications, cloud, and automation
- Experience simplifying and automating processes and workflows using AI, analytics, and low-code/no-code tools
- Experience developing, tracking, and reporting on meaningful KPIs
- Experience managing budgets, optimizing licensing and operational costs, and demonstrating ROI
- Full-time hybrid work arrangement (three days in the office and two days working from home)
