Job Summary
Own day-to-day administration and health of the business applications portfolio, with NetSuite as the center of gravity. Run the SOX change management process end to end: scope requests with business owners, build and configure in test, coordinate user acceptance testing, secure Controller approval, deploy to production, and validate post-go-live. Build and maintain integrations between applications using SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, REST APIs, and middleware with sound token management. Own access governance including SSO and SCIM provisioning through Microsoft Entra, quarterly SOX user access reviews, and closing manual deprovisioning gaps. Manage the business applications request backlog in Jira by triaging, prioritizing with stakeholders, and communicating delivery timelines. Support external audits for SOX and SOC 1 with evidence for change management and access controls. Automate repetitive administration through scripting and APIs. This senior role serves as the bridge between Finance, Accounting, Legal, and IT, focusing on shipping changes right the first time in a hands-on environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years administering business applications
- 3+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration
- Experience running change management and user access controls in a SOX-regulated environment
- Working knowledge of at least three additional systems in our portfolio or their direct equivalents
- Jira and Confluence administration experience
- Experience with SSO (SAML/OIDC) and SCIM provisioning
- Scripting ability for integrations and automation
- Proven ability to gather requirements from Finance and Accounting stakeholders and translate them into system changes
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future company sponsorship
