Job Summary
The Business Applications Director is responsible for ensuring the Customer Engagement (CE) and ERP systems support the Packaging Platform's needs. This role involves overseeing ERP improvements and implementations, managing a team of Solutions Analysts, and coordinating projects to deliver effective solutions. Key duties include project oversight, communication between IT and business, data management, and driving customer feedback for improvements. The position requires collaboration with various teams and managing vendor relationships, while also ensuring budget adherence. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree and extensive experience in ERP and change management.
Required Qualifications
- B.S. or B.A. degree in Business Administration, Management, Project Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years of experience leading ERP deployments in a multinational company
- Broad experience or familiarity with business operations
- Experience delivering user support within a matrix structure
- Direct experience with enterprise-level systems, including ERP and CE (CRM and Field Service)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP & CE Solutions
- Preferred work experience in a manufacturing company with machine builder/OEM business processes
