Job Summary
The role develops and maintains enterprise Dynamics 365-based solutions within an established architecture, collaborating with stakeholders to refine requirements, design technical approaches, and implement features across Dynamics 365 apps. Responsibilities include designing and implementing features or components, developing, testing, and maintaining integrations across Dynamics 365, troubleshooting complex issues, applying best practices in coding and CI/CD, contributing to automation, and guiding junior developers. The position is on-site or hybrid in Denver, CO, requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and 3+ years of software development, and favors experience with Dynamics 365, Git, Azure DevOps, and enterprise patterns. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Typically, 3+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications and development tooling
- Experience implementing solutions using established enterprise architecture patterns
- Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently on complex tasks
- Exposure to or interest in agentic AI, automation, or AI-assisted tooling
- This position requires use of information or access to hardware subject to ITAR; you must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR
