Job Summary
Partner with business and clinical stakeholders to analyze workflows, gather requirements, and document functional specifications for enterprise applications including EHR, ERP, revenue cycle, and HRIS systems. Configure and maintain these platforms while optimizing processes, managing security roles, and coordinating with vendors for upgrades and issue resolution. Support project implementations, validate data quality for integrations, and develop training materials to drive adoption. Collaborate with technical teams to design solutions and create dashboards that support operational reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Health Informatics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Experience integrating with systems such as eClinicalWorks, ERP, and VoIP
- Prior experience in a healthcare provider
- Understanding of interoperability regulations
- 2+ years of experience in interface development, configuration, and support within healthcare IT

- Experience supporting one or more of the following Clinical Applications: Electronic Health Records (EHR), Patient Engagement, Population Health, Clinical Documentation
- Experience supporting one or more of the following Business Applications: Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Human Resources Systems, Payroll, Finance, Revenue Cycle, Procurement, Scheduling
- Experience supporting one or more of the following Communication Platforms: Contact Center, VoIP, Unified Communications, Collaboration Platforms
- Experience with one or more of the following Analytics: Reporting Platforms, Business Intelligence
- SQL Reporting
- Dashboard Development
- Business process analysis
- Requirements gathering
- Application configuration
- Workflow optimization
- System integrations
- APIs
- HL7/FHIR (healthcare preferred)
- SQL fundamentals
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Microsoft Power BI (preferred)
