Job Summary
Administer, configure, and maintain business applications by designing workflows, managing user access, and troubleshooting support tickets. Partner with business stakeholders, IT, and vendors to gather requirements, facilitate meetings, and drive process improvements through UAT coordination and documentation. Monitor application performance and vendor service levels to ensure operational effectiveness and alignment with business priorities. Maintain comprehensive application and process documentation for governance and audit readiness.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar role
- Application Management and Vendor Management experience
- Strong Project or Program Support experience
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to monitor and prioritize multiple deadlines and projects simultaneously
- Must have Application Management and Vendor Management experience
- Strong Project or Program Support experience required
- Reliable internet service with speeds of at least 100Mbps download/25Mbps upload
