Job Summary
Supports and administers credit union enterprise applications, collaborating with business and technical resources to identify, analyze, and resolve application issues; coordinates upgrades and patches to keep applications current; develops end-user documentation and training materials and works with training resources; performs analytic studies of existing applications, identifies gaps, and supports design/implementation of new applications; maintains business continuity planning related to applications and ensures secure, stable operation aligned with business requirements; builds collaborative relationships with end users, technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to support application performance and organizational objectives; ensures compliance with applicable regulations (e.g., GLBA, USA Patriot Act) and contributes to ongoing improvements that enhance efficiency and reduce manual processes.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree
- 1–3 years of experience in application support, IT, or a related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
- Knowledge of financial institution operations is helpful but not required
