Job Summary
Lead and manage projects within the Commercial Department and oversee the organization’s business systems (e.g., Salesforce CRM, Pardot, Priority, Qliksense, Google Analytics, Portal, and marketing tools). Develop project plans, timelines, KPIs, and risk mitigation strategies; deliver projects on time and within budget. Design and generate systems reports and dashboards, gather requirements, and implement enhancements and functionalities. Provide end-user support, training, and troubleshooting for systems in scope; collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and productivity. Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 3 years of project management experience; Salesforce admin experience (2 years) and Salesforce Cloud experiences are beneficial.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (At least 3 years) as a Project Manager.
- Proficiency in utilizing project management tools and software.
- Salesforce admin (2 years)
- Salesforce Sales Cloud experience
- Salesforce Service Cloud experience
- Salesforce Experience Cloud experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
