Job Summary
Collaborate with business and IT teams to develop agile applications using low-code and AI-supported coding tools. Interact with product owners, stakeholders, and UX experts to design appealing user experiences, then deploy and maintain solutions within a DevOps mode. Liaise continuously with stakeholders to monitor, validate, and improve the final product. This entry-level role supports the Digital Transformation journey at NXP, focusing on building agentic applications in a cross-functional, multi-cultural environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
- 2-4 years experience in Mendix applications
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and logical skills
- Solid understanding of software development and software engineering concepts
- Fluency in English, both verbally as in writing
