Business Anlyst - Financial

Job Summary
Business Analyst - Financial role: Own IT financial reporting cycles, perform variance analysis across OpEx/CapEx, manage rolling forecasts and budgets, build financial views across IT pillars/projects, track project performance against budgets, prepare financial impact summaries for investments, develop dashboards and tools for visibility into financial trends, and partner with Finance, Procurement, and IT to ensure accurate data and cost allocation; preferred SAP/Oracle ERP familiarity and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau).
Required Qualifications
- +5 years of experience in IT financial analysis, FP&A, or financial-focused business analysis
- Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis (OpEx & CapEx)
- Proven ability to translate financial data into clear, actionable insights for leadership
- Advanced Excel skills (financial modeling, pivot tables, data analysis)
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, Procurement)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in financial reporting and dashboard creation
