Job Summary
Inspect premises and identify risks, then tackle pest problems effectively for residential and commercial clients. Provide expert advice on hygiene and prevention while completing accurate reports and delivering exceptional customer service. Gain frontline experience over six to twelve months through industry-leading training that leads to a globally respected Pest Control Qualification. The role involves travelling to assigned locations in England and Wales, working Monday to Friday with hotel stays on Sundays and Fridays. You will manage your own schedule to resolve rodent, insect, and bird control issues across various branches. This graduate scheme offers structured progression into sales, field biology, or team leadership roles within Rentokil Initial.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum 2.2 degree in a science/BSc related subject including Social Science, or a BA in Business Management, Hospitality, or Tourism
- A full UK driving licence
- Flexibility with working patterns to support business needs
- You may be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role you have applied for
