Business and Reporting Analyst - Retail (Cebu) | Hybrid

Job Summary
Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand needs, gather requirements, and analyze data to identify trends informing business decisions. Develop and document business process models illustrating current and future states, then propose technical and process solutions that align with client objectives. Work with IT and other departments to implement solutions ensuring they meet business goals. Create decks and analysis for clients while maintaining proficiency in PowerBI and PPT. Requires at least two years of business analyst experience, English and Filipino fluency, and a completed college degree. This hybrid role in Cebu supports the retail account with onsite or flexible arrangements.
Required Qualifications
- Finished at least 2 years in college without back subject/s
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Business Analyst
- Can endorse candidates from other industries (as long as they have relevant analyst role experience)
- Must be proficient in PPT and PowerBI - Mandatory
- Must be proficient in both English and Filipino
