Job Summary
Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business, functional, and system requirements. Manage the full lifecycle of business requirements, including initiation, development, review, and sign-off. Collaborate with development, architecture, and infrastructure teams to design solutions that align with business objectives and technology strategies. Facilitate requirements workshops, stakeholder reviews, and formal sign-off processes. Communicate project issues, risks, and concerns clearly and timely. Ensure compliance with corporate information security, privacy, regulatory, and quality standards. Develop comprehensive test strategies, test plans, test cases, and test data to validate business and technical requirements. Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks and scripts for API, UI, regression, and end-to-end testing. Track, document, and report testing results, defects, risks, and quality metrics. Continuously improve test coverage, automation effectiveness, and QA processes. Work M-F 9am-5pm in South Plainfield, NJ.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or a related field
- Experience testing web applications
- Experience with SQL and database validation testing, including select and join statements
Desired Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in QA processes, methodologies, planning, and testing
- Experience testing cloud and/or mobile applications
- Hands-on experience designing and maintaining test automation frameworks
- Experience with API testing and UI automation tools
- Strong analytical, facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
