Business and Operations Manager

Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day operations of the club, including registration, scheduling, communications, and program coordination; implement Board-approved policies and ensure consistent execution; manage the annual budget, billing/collections, and expense tracking; supervise facilities, rentals, maintenance, and vendor coordination; partner with program leadership to support leagues, tournaments, and events; supervise staff, contractors, and volunteers with onboarding and performance management; maintain an on-site presence to support programs and events; manage member and community communications (website updates, emails, social media); serve as a primary contact for members, families, and community partners; identify and pursue revenue opportunities through sponsorships, partnerships, fundraising, and facility rentals; ensure regulatory compliance and provide regular operational updates to the Board; seek opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, sports management, operations, or related field (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in operations, business management, or organizational leadership (nonprofit, athletics, or community-based organizations a plus)
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience overseeing budgets, financial tracking, and operational processes
- Strong leadership and team management skills with experience supervising staff, contractors, or volunteers
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Experience with facilities management, event coordination, or program operations a plus
