Job Summary
Senior Associate role within the LSSP team supporting data and migration efforts in the REM program for Payment Operations. Responsibilities include leading stakeholder management, migration readiness, and data analysis; facilitating meetings, workshops, and presentations with internal stakeholders; guiding globally distributed project teams; proactively identifying and resolving issues to drive consensus and momentum; ensuring deployment of REM support across markets to drive client migration readiness; using data analysis techniques to develop client demographics and migration strategies; overseeing planning, tracking, and reporting of readiness and client migration delivery; coordinating Production Verification Testing (PVT) of functionality and target processes; understanding regional PVT scope including accounts, system access, and stakeholder engagement requirements; providing a strong platform for career growth within Operations, Projects, Product, or other partner roles; requires exceptional stakeholder management, strong communication, project management, data analysis, and collaboration across cross-functional teams; preferred experience with Alteryx, Tableau, Python, and advanced MS Office capabilities.

- Experience in client and operational readiness, with a focus on senior stakeholder engagement
- Strong facilitation skills, with the ability to lead meetings, workshops, and presentations
- Experience in project delivery methodologies (Agile etc.), requirements gathering and programme delivery
- Data investigation skills to inform requirements and client migration strategies, with experience in tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, and Python
- Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
