Job Summary
Senior Manager, Business Analytics responsible for developing an insights framework, KPI management, forecasting, and data-driven recommendations to improve commercial outcomes. Partners with Finance, Supply & Demand, and BI to build scalable data models, dashboards, and end-to-end KPI frameworks; leads profitability analysis, ROI evaluation, market benchmarking, and ROI tracking; drives revenue and cost performance insights and supports pre-deal evaluation of partner economics. Requires advanced analytics proficiency (SQL, Python/R/SAS, Excel) and strong communication/presentation skills; fluency in English and Ukrainian is noted in the role context.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Engineering or a related field
- 7+ years of proven experience in finance, financial planning, or business analytics, or leading Business and Strategy Analysis roles
- Strong analytical, mathematical and quantitative skills using SQL, Python, R, SAS, Excel power user
- Advanced proficiency with visual analytics platforms (PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik)
- Experience translating analysis findings into actionable insights
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
