Job Summary
Senior Analyst on the Global Customer Experience team responsible for providing actionable insights on provider and customer journeys, building dashboards, performing deep-dive analyses and root-cause investigations, coordinating with stakeholders to drive CX initiatives, and monitoring metrics to improve performance. Requires 5+ years of data analytics experience, proficiency with SQL/Python/R, BI tools (Power BI/Tableau), data cleaning and visualization, and strong collaboration and communication skills. Hybrid role based in Bengaluru, India (3 days in office).
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in Data/Business analytics/BI/Data Science
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant area
- Proven track record in data analysis, cleaning/preparation, exploration, visualization and reporting
- Experience with CX datasets and metrics (NPS, CSAT, Customer Effort)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of visualization tools and languages (Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, R)
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to engage with internal/external customers at all levels
