Job Summary
Lead and oversee analytics across multiple sites, managing a team of site-level analysts to deliver high-quality insights and standardized analytical practices. Drive adoption of modern analytics tools, develop Power BI dashboards and reporting tools, design and implement data pipelines (ETL) from diverse sources, and partner with Operations, HR, Finance, and other functions to deliver tailored analytical solutions. Mentor analysts, set analytics standards, stay current with analytics trends, promote data literacy, and govern Power BI initiatives to support data-driven decision-making in the supply chain context.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, or 4 years of equivalent professional experience
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field
- Proven experience leading analytics teams or managing cross-functional analytics projects
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including dashboard creation and DAX expressions
- Strong SQL skills and experience with scripting languages such as Python or R
- Experience designing and managing data pipelines and working with structured and unstructured data sources
- Deep understanding of statistical concepts, data modeling, and modern analytics methodologies
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders
- Ability to work fully onsite if role is based out of a warehouse
