Job Summary
Lead business transformation initiatives across Supply Chain, Service, Production, and Order-to-Cash while serving as the North American SAP business owner. Build scalable analytics, KPI reporting, and operational dashboards that drive decision-making, and champion AI and automation initiatives to improve productivity. Establish process governance and standardization across key operational functions, partnering with global technology teams to translate business needs into effective system solutions. Lead organizational change to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies, while building and coaching a high-performing Business Systems & Analytics team. Connect business strategy with technology to transform processes and enable better data-driven decisions for a global manufacturing leader investing in digital transformation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Info Systems, or related field
- 6-8+ years of experience in business systems, operations, supply chain, transformation initiatives
- Strong expertise in SAP or comparable enterprise ERP platforms
- Experience improving end-to-end operational processes within a manufacturing/industrial setting
- Proven success leading cross-functional transformation projects and influencing stakeholders
- Experience developing analytics strategies, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks
- Exposure to AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives
- Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
