Business Analytics Manager
RemoteArgentina
Job Summary
Lead the Business Analytics team by managing, coaching, and developing analysts while setting clear priorities and unblocking work. Own stakeholder management as the primary analytical partner to Growth, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations leaders. Design and read out experiments, ensuring rigorous measurement and translating results into actionable business decisions. Build and maintain forecasts and goal-setting frameworks for leadership planning. Safeguard analytical quality by running peer-review processes and signing off on board-level analysis. Establish best practices for analytical rigor, reproducibility, and insight communication. Partner with Data Science and Engineering to secure necessary data, tooling, and models.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in business, growth, or product analytics, with a track record of analysis that changed decisions — not just dashboards.
- 2+ years leading analysts, whether as a manager or a senior IC who has mentored and set direction for a team.
- Strong grounding in experimentation and causal thinking — A/B testing, holdouts, incrementality, cohort and funnel analysis.
- Consumer, subscription, or marketplace experience. You understand retention, LTV, acquisition, and pricing dynamics in a consumer business.
- Excellent stakeholder management. You can partner with senior leaders, manage competing demands, and communicate clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Player-coach mindset. You're energized by both developing a team and getting hands-on with the hardest questions yourself.
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced SQL and fluency with BI tooling (Looker, Tableau, or similar); comfort with the modern data stack (Snowflake/BigQuery, dbt) is a plus.
