Business Analytics Lead

Business Analytics Lead focused on designing and delivering advanced BI solutions across international regions. Responsible for leading Power BI analytics, dashboards, and data visualization to support marketing analytics and insights generation. Collaborates with senior leadership to translate requirements into technical specifications, utilizes ETL capabilities (Power Query, dataflows) to clean and integrate data from multiple sources, and employs DAX for advanced calculations. Experience with AI/GenAI considerations and automation (Power Automate, UiPath, Excel VBA) is valued. Will drive data-driven decision-making, stay current with GenAI trends, and deliver end-to-end analytics with ownership of the BI ecosystem. Includes mentoring and interaction with Sr. Directors and above, driving end-to-end ownership with high impact projects in a fast-paced environment.
