Job Summary
Leads analytics processes across multiple functions within PNC's Digital- Retail organization, driving data-driven decision making. Defines tagging strategy and implementation, develops documentation, tests, and trains teams. Creates reports using Adobe Analytics, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Excel, PowerPoint and Tableau to share insights. Requires expert Adobe Analytics experience, familiarity with Adobe Launch and Adobe Experience Platform schemas/datasets, and strong SQL, Excel/PowerPoint, and data visualization skills. In-office role based in Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, Cleveland, Columbus, Austin, Dallas, or New York; mentors junior staff and collaborates with clients on tool strategy, monitoring, and implementation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 5+ years of industry-relevant experience
- Experience with Adobe Analytics and related Adobe Experience Cloud tools
- Proficiency with SQL; intermediate to advanced data visualization skills (Tableau, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficiency in Javascript, HTML, CSS; familiarity with tag management (Adobe Launch)
- Ability to mentor and lead analytics initiatives across functions
- Strong communication to convey analytical findings to diverse audiences
