Job Summary
Lead product and portfolio analytics for USCC Partnership Cards, delivering performance insights and strategic recommendations to increase acquisition volumes and growth. Drive diagnostics frameworks, map underlying drivers and risks, and design next-generation KPIs to inform both expense and revenue opportunities. Manage and provide analytic leadership to an offshore analytics team, partnering with marketing, finance, and risk to optimize programs for acquisition efficiency. Coordinate data gathering from external sources, ensure timely delivery to relevant teams, and communicate insights to senior stakeholders to influence product strategy and retailer promotions. Requires 6-10 years in a quantitative field, strong data retrieval/manipulation skills, advanced Excel, and the ability to translate complex analyses into actionable business recommendations. Education: Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
