Job Summary
Collect, organize, and analyze large volumes of information with high accuracy to define key business metrics and deliver actionable reporting. Manage and automate data processes across multiple sources while performing exploratory analysis using Alteryx, Tableau, and Microsoft Office platforms. Provide reporting support to home office and field partners through KPI dashboards, policy notifications, and ad hoc analyses covering product performance and compensation programs. Present findings and recommendations to management based on research and business insights, partnering with team members to improve reporting processes and provide technical support for BI platform users.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of experience in the financial services or broker-dealer industry
- 3+ years of experience in a reporting and/or analytics role
- 1+ years of experience with data workflow tools such as Alteryx, MicroStrategy, or Tableau Prep
- Must be able to pass a non-registered fingerprinted background check to qualify as a fingerprinted person under FINRA
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Finance, Mathematics, Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Information Technology
- 5+ years of experience in a reporting and/or analytics role
- 3+ years of experience in the broker-dealer and/or financial services industry
- 3+ years of experience using data workflow and business intelligence tools to blend data, develop reports, and deliver analytics
- 1+ year of experience using SQL and Python
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
