Job Summary
Lead end-to-end delivery for Reporting & Analytics within JPMorganChase's Corporate Investment Banking Payments Operations team. Oversee data products and executive reporting, perform advanced analytics, engineer and maintain curated datasets, collaborate with Technology and Operations on requirements and lifecycle, drive process improvements to reduce risk and increase resiliency, leverage automation to optimize data ingestion, transformation, and reporting, translate analyses into actionable insights, and build dashboards to communicate KPIs and trends.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of relevant experience conducting data analysis and interpreting complex datasets; proven ability to translate data into business insights.
- Advanced proficiency in process automation to optimize operations.
- Strong stakeholder communication and service orientation, with the ability to translate technical findings into business outcomes.
- Understanding of the software delivery lifecycle and familiarity with industry-standard methodologies (requirements, testing, change management).
- Undergraduate or master’s degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Programming skills in SQL are required, including building performant queries against large, complex datasets.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, macros/VBA, lookups); proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Access, Visio, and Word.
- Understanding of business process analysis/modeling and data concepts; ability to work with large datasets from diverse sources using creative analytical problem-solving.
